Entrepreneur Week awards grants to local companies for business growth - WWLTV
Big ideas and a passion to grow their business was the focus of Entrepreneur Week in New Orleans, and it all wrapped up with two local companies taking home big prizes.
The Cajun Fire Brewery Company won the Big Idea Business Pitch and $50,000, and a company with a video x-ray device for use in treating premature infants won the Jefferson Parish-based competition, and $20,000.
Those winners are joining the Eyewitness Morning News, along with Tim Williamson, the co-founder and CEO of The Idea Village.
